There are many ways to lower stress, but some work better than others. In my work, I use something called Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) and a method called OEFT. These are special tools that help the body and mind calm down and let go of stress. NET is not talk therapy. It works with how your body responds to feelings and helps you release stress in a quiet and respectful way.

OEFT is another gentle tool. It does not involve tapping or anything that might feel strange. It is a calm process that helps you become more aware of your emotions and how your body is reacting. These stress reduction techniques help your nervous system feel safe and balanced again.
